I cannot praise everyone here enough. I have v.bad athritis and I am on a lot of medication - my pain level has increased - I also have a leg wound caused by a car door banging on it.
The nurse/ Dr's have been so very very kind and supportive and there for me. I am nearly in tears thinking of how king they have been.

Receptionists and nurses extremely helpful. It's difficult to get the doctor of one's choice but I accept that is inevitable.

Excellent care today as has been so on every visit since I moved to Cumbria with my husband, who also has great praise of the attention to detail for both of us. Manyport has a first class NHS service.

As usual, reception, nurses and assistants were all efficient and friendly.
Past experience in getting and appointment to see a GP face to face has been proved frustrating because there is usually a wait of several days before an appointment is available.
Telephone appointment - easy and efficient and if a face to face appt is necessary.
The GP can organise one fairly quickly (hence my no. 3 mark on next page).
